abstract The paper presents research relating osteointegration of porous implants made from Co-Cr-Mo, executed in three variants: from solid alloy, porous Co-Cr-Mo sintered compact and porous composite with 10% addition of bioactive-glass type S-2. The research has been made on three castrated goats in age of about one year, from this oneself herds. Decrease of shaft of tibia bone has been supplemented by implants. RTG research has been executed after two weeks from junctions showed bone callus appearing all around implants. The postmortem mechanical and microscopic investigations has permitted for estimation of quality of connection implants with bone.
