abstract In this work the results of investigations of dynamical, thermal properties and structure of PP were presented. In this work PP with content of 2% of dye have been also produced. The investigations for the influence of the dye on the properties of prepared samples before and after ultraviolet radiation ageing have been conducted. Determination of the influence of the dye content and frequency on dynamical properties of polypropylene is the aim of this work. DMTA method was used to determine the influence of a dye content and frequency on dynamical properties of polypropylene. Using this equipment, dynamical properties of polypropylene with the dye addiction in relation to the temperature and frequency were determined. It the influence of ultraviolet radiation ageing was established was, in this and dye on dynamical properties. The increase of the value storage modulus for PP with content of 2% of the dye addiction was observed. The highest value of the storage modulus for PP with the dye was obtained 4311 MPa. For the sample of PP with the dye after ultraviolet radiation ageing the highest value of the storage modulus was obtained 3994 MPa. The similar dependence was obtained for samples of polypropylene. In this case, the significant increase of the storage modulus was registered for samples before ultraviolet radiation ageing. With the increase of the temperature, the storage modulus decreases. Investigations of crystallization degree by means of DSC method as well as investigations of the structure using optical microscope have been conducted. The DSCinvestigations prove the increase in the crystallization degree of PP during addition of the dye and decrease for the samples after ultraviolet radiation ageing.
